Due to cost of materials and the time put into each art piece, you will be required to pay a deposit before works start for ALL art. You will be required to pay 50% of the final price which is non-refundable.

For custom art (hand painted portraits and canvases), if you are unhappy with result in person. I will refund half of the remaining fee that was paid. E.g. if order was £100. You already paid £50 deposit (50%). Then paid remaining £50 before order shipped. If you receive order and not satisfied, I would refund £25 in this situation.

For digital prints (incl custom digital prints) there is no refunds.

Once you have ordered and paid deposit, please allow up to 4 weeks for completion.

If for whatever reason I feel like it will take longer, you will be informed before deposit is taken.

For custom atwork , go onto the contact page and fill out the form. This will send all your enquiry details to me via email. I aim to respond within 48hrs.

If you want a ready made digital art canvas, click on relevant variants and add to basket then make payment. I will receive order and let you know once it has been shipped.

For ready made digital prints, delivery is up to 10 workimg days.

For custom made artwork, you will be informed when the item has been posted and provided with proof of postage details. All delivery updates should be sent to you directly.

For custom digital canvases, please allow up to 4 weeks for completion of work and delievery. Please bare in mind that if multiple ammendents are made, the time of completion + delievery will vary.

For custom artwork, you will have up to 48hrs after ordering and paying deposit, to make any amendments. After this time, your order would have started and cannot be ammended unfortunately.

For custom digital art prints, you will receive a watermarked copy once completed. You will be able to make amendments before finalising the design.

Digital print canvases cannot be cancelled once purchased.

Please remember that for all orders, once the deposit is paid, it is non-refundable!

If you decide to cancel before paying second half of fee, you will be required to pay half of that fee. E.g. If remaining fee was £100 and you cancel before paying, you would still need to pay £50.

Every art piece I sell, I would love to receive an image of the client with it.

If you are not comfortable having your image featured on my platforms for marketing, you can send over an image of just your hands holding the art piece.

Doing this really helps KsArtique out and gives new clients more confidence to place orders with me.
